My work imagines emotional creatures, glowing doorways, and elemental characters. I am untangling my narratives and revealing adaptation, soft power, and interpersonal bonds. My compositions unglue and reassemble awe, delicacy, and devotion.

As I create words, images, and ideas, they take on inhuman qualities and my way of life uses me on its keychain. My ideas begin to cue my impulses and determine honor and meaning, and they constantly shift, almost taunting me as slow and incapable. As my histories follow me past my breathing timeline, and as I take part in traditions that outlive their creators, they say what I can’t, what I’m too afraid to say, and what I don’t yet understand.

I hope to create recognizable and narrative images, and I hope they find worldly relevance beyond my personal inspirations.
